We want everyone to be able to enjoy The Wave. All of our tents can be accessed by wheelchair and we have 2 DDA compliant tents. These tents sleep a total of 6 including a double sofa bed. The bedrooms and toilet room are bigger, the kitchenette has roll under counters and there is ample room to move and park a wheelchair. These tents are the closest to The Camp Welcome Shack, The Lake and The Clubhouse.

Adaptive Surfing

We are big supporters of adaptive surfing. We have adaptive equipment available, including technology to assist entry to the lake for those who cannot walk.

We are working to improve our adaptive booking process. In the meantime, if you have any questions regarding an adaptive surf session or would like to book one please contact [email protected] with the subject title “Adaptive Surfing”. We require at least 2 weeks notice ahead of your booking to ensure that appropriate equipment and staffing are available.

We ask that adaptive surfers have some degree of water confidence. You must be comfortable in the water, considering that conditions may be rough or you may be out of your depth.
