COVID-19

If you book with us and your stay is impacted by COVID-19 in any of the following ways:

• Government lockdown and/or closure of The Camp at The Wave
• If you or a member of your group test positive for COVID-19
• If you or a member of your group are unwell with COVID-19 symptoms
• If you or a member of your group are required to self-isolate
• If you or a member of your group are travelling from an area that has issued a travel ban

You will have the option to change your dates or cancel your stay and claim a full refund, without incurring an administration fee.
